On the 1st day of spring of 2025, we welcomed this absolutely lovely filly foal! She was quick and energetic from the moment she was born. Drunk her first milk without need for help - we love it when they are born clever and vivid!

​

Her sire J-nius VV Z has impressed the world with his jumping scope and technique. He is a wonder over the fences, reason why we picked him. He is sired by Little Indian, who is no stranger to our project, in fact Zita has given us already 2 wonderful prospects by this stallion (1 of them is already an approved stallion). Little Indian is, as everyone knows, the best leopard stallion in show jumping to date. The damline of J-nius is one of the strongest in this sport - LIGIE line! We find Ugano Sitte and Chacco Blue as maternal sires. We don't need to introduce this fabulous damline, as anyone interested in show jumping lines has heard of Ligie at some point.

J-nesis' dam is our fabulous Zita, who not only produces the best jumping quality in spotted horses, but also counts already with 3 sons approved as stallions: Dumoulin (jumped the 5yo in NL in 2022, and later that year exported to USA where he competes in hunter), Secret Spot (jumping in UK), interestingly both stallions are sired by dressage sires, and Reverend Fly (4yo in 2025) sired by Little Indian. Zita is also the only active broodmare of this generation and color that has 2 siblings that jumped at GP level internationally: Hector 1.40 and Viter 1.45! She comes from the very prestigious ORNITA line: ISJ 1.60 Wang Chung, ISJ 1.60 Loverboy, and others!

 

J-nesis will be a wonderful bet for anyone looking to add a splash of color to the stables without compromising on quality! She can also make a good broodmare.

She was born near-leopard but soon enough all her brown bits will be covered in spots, and she will be a leopard from nose to toes.

 

Color genetics: E/? A/? LP/n (PATN1/n- not tested for this but given the phenotype we have confidence that she inherited it from the sire) - heterozygous LP and PATN1 (extension and agouti status unknown), has a 50% chance to pass the LP gene to the offspring (and 50% chance to pass on the PATN1), her dam carries an untestable PATN, so it is possible that she also carries that PATN
